Our company has used Ring Central for many years now and we are really impressed with the customer service team. We have used the website live chat which is really handy and quick to use, and we have also made use of the phone line customer service too – the staff have always been helpful and sorted our problems in an instance. The VoIP system itself is also spot on – only good things to say about it!

We’ve been using the premium plan for Ring Central and this works out at £19.99 per month for up to 99 users which we feel is a reasonable price. This package comes with 2000 minutes per users, 1000 inbound minutes per user and access to pretty much all of the Ring Central features. The call management features included in this package are extensive such as call logs, presence, notifications, call flip and park, voicemail and historical reporting. We use these features regularly and we couldn’t imagine going back to a telephony system now that we have experienced the delights of VoIP.

Ring Central really excels in their mobile accessibility. We all use the Ring Central app for our iOS devices. This app basically allows us to take our phone system with us and we have full accessibility on the move. We are not limited by being out on the road or attending business meetings – we can literally just use our smartphone as if we were in the office or at a desktop PC. We also like the simple design of the system and the clarity of the phone calls and VoIP service.

The conferencing tools offered by Ring Central are second to none. We use the team collaboration tools often – we have a range of different teams that usually struggle to cooperate but now we can use the HD video meetings, video conferencing and web conferencing tools and this has really improved inter-departmental work. Our teams are now working more effectively and our efficiency has improved no end! Totally happy with Ring Central.

We tried using Ring Central and we couldn’t get on with the system. We thought that other VoIP providers had much more to offer in terms of features. We also felt that the price wasn’t the best available on the market either.

We found that Ring Central can actually integrate with a myriad of other services which is really beneficial. You can use Dropbox to transfer files and share information. Furthermore, you can also use Gmail, Google Hangouts and Microsoft Outlook too. We find these integrations useful and it has greatly enhanced the functionality of our VoIP and computer systems. We love Ring Central and feel that it has certainly transformed the way we do business.

After using Ring Central for some time we like their voicemail service the best. The basic voicemail system itself is effective and you can listen to messages easily enough. Also they offer a voicemail to email service – so if you haven’t got your phone to hand, you can simply check your email from your desktop computer or laptop and any voicemails you have missed will be accessible as a media file in an email attachment! You can also manage your voicemails effectively and archive them too – it’s a really well-polished service.

We use text messaging quite frequently just to send quick bits of information to our external reps and staff members. We prefer this as most of our staff regularly use their smartphones and some don’t have access to a desktop PC at all times. With Ring Central, you can benefit from their unlimited texts feature so we don’t have to worry about data usage or anything like that – its small things like that which really make this VoIP service stand out.

We like the basic features that Ring Central offers such as hold music, call forwarding, Call Park and automatic call recording. We know these features are basic, but they really enhance our phone system and we use most of them on a daily basis. On a weekly basis we will also check through the call logs to look at productivity and see what areas of our business were the busiest. Finally, the actual quality of the VoIP service itself is brilliant – the call quality is awesome and there is no lag or background noise. 10/10 for us! The only thing we can’t really comment on is the customer service – we basically haven’t had to use them which is a plus.

We’ve been using Ring Central for many years and we have been 100% pleased with the service and VoIP platform. We used Ring Central to establish a series of 0800 numbers for our customer service team and we found this to be straightforward and effective. We have also made extensive use of the dynamic phone menu and directory – this has allowed us to enjoy greater control over our contact list. We can’t fault the service at all and we would recommend it to anyone with a small to medium sized business!

Our business was impressed with the range of actual phone services provided by Ring Central and this was what swayed us. The VoIP service itself allows us to access our phone system from anywhere providing we have an internet connection which has given us an unparalleled level of connectivity. Furthermore the one-touch calling and “ring me” feature makes the calling process easier. The desktop app is really easy to use too and it provides every call feature such as conference calling, fax, web meetings and more. Really pleased with the Ring Central PBX service – I think they are a fantastic company and offer a first-rate VoIP!

We wanted a Cloud PBX service and VoIP that offered quality but that we didn’t have to pay over the odds for. We felt that Ring Central fit this bill perfectly. The PBX features are certainly up there with the top providers – the auto-receptionist is superb and it has really improve our customer service. Furthermore, you can configure multiple users of your VoIP system instantly by using the user template feature which we found sped up the admin process considerably. There is a range of other simple features that may be overlook but we feel are essential – hold music, call monitoring, extension transfer and dial by directory to name a few.

We chose Ring Central because of their pricing flexibility – you can pay either monthly or annually and if you pay annually you receive a sizeable discount which is a really nice addition. Furthermore, they regularly offer discounts on their packages so the final price always ends up quite reasonable. We are actually using the standard package for between 20-99 users – if you look at the pricing it actually works out cheaper to pay for more users which we found a little strange. The standard package comes with most of the Ring Central features such as call flip and park, paging and intercom, voicemail and access to both the mobile and desktop apps.

Ring Central is an awesome VoIP provider and we are more than happy with the service provided! The basic plan is only £7.99 a month and we think this is one of the cheapest available on the market. The features you get for this small monthly price are pretty damn good too (in our opinion). The entry package includes auto receptionist, call queues, IVR, call logs, mobile & desktop app and voicemail. This is pretty much all we needed from a VoIP service so we are over the moon. The quality of the calls and the speed of the system is also spot on and we are really pleased with the phone calls themselves. We would recommend Ring Central in an instant!
