Before committing to a VoIP service we like to know that we will have the ability to speak to someone if we have any issues or need technical advice. It is always nice to know that you can talk to someone in the event of a problem. So, what contact methods are available for 8×8 VoIP? Phone number? Email? Live chat? Support tickets? List them all please!
There is a phone line for various different functions – business line, partner enquiries and there is also a phone number and address for each of the worldwide offices too. The business services number is 0333 043 8888.
You can send a direct email enquiry too – I think the email address depends on what country you are from, for example the UK email address is uk-info@8×8.com. You can request a quote too from the sales team – if you click on the link on the right hand side of the website you will see the “contact sales” button – just fill out your details and they will give you a call or send a quote back via email.
There is a live chat function too – the button is next to the “contact sales” button on the right side of the web browser. Click on that then you will be taken to a new window where you can start chatting.
