When choosing a new business service we always want to be sure of the available contact methods. We feel that communication is a large factor in any service and if we have a problem we want to know that there is someone we can speak to quickly to help. What contact methods does Ring Central provide? Has anyone had any experience with their support teams?

The main form of contact is the telephone line. Ring Central actually has several branches worldwide and therefore there are several different contact numbers. You can get a contact number for their offices in the USA, UK, Australia, France, Ireland and the Netherlands. Furthermore there is also a contact number for regional offices in Denver and Charlotte. You can actually request a call from a sales advisor which I think is a cool feature. If you go onto their contact page you can see beneath the contact us text that there is a form to fill out. You have to enter your name, email address, business phone number, number of employees and country – once you have submitted this you will eventually receive a call back from one of the sales team.

If you have any issues with the VoIP system (which I think you won’t), you can always check out the support centre. I appreciate this isn’t speaking to someone, but it is really detailed and you can find a host of useful information and solutions. The support centre has an FAQ section which answers many common problems. Furthermore, there is the community, university, knowledgebase and a host of guides and video tutorials – I think that if you ever have a problem this should be your first port of call.

There is a live chat option actually that I found really useful. You can use this to just enquire about the Ring Central service but you can also use it for support too. The live chat option is found in the top right hand corner of the website – just click the button and the chat window will open and from there you can speak to a customer service rep to get the help you need.

You can actually raise support tickets too when you have an account. You can find the support system in the admin panel and then raise a ticket from there.
