Quite straightforward really – our business is looking at implementing a VoIP system but we aren’t sure of who we want as a provider yet. We have stumbled upon Vokophone and the list of features seems quite extensive however we would like to try before we buy as such first. Is it possible to try a test version of Vokophone before making a purchase?

I am not sure I would assume so – usually VoIP providers let you try a live demo version. There are loads of reviews and videos on the internet about Vokophone if you want to see how it works – I know its not quite the same as trying it for yourself but you still gain a rough idea of how it works?

Yes you can actually try a demo version of Vokophone – you have to request it though, its not something you can just do through their website which is a little annoying. I guess they make you request a demo so they can then follow up with a sales pitch and try to push you to purchase their VoIP system?

If you go on the Vokophone website you should clearly see a button that says “request demo” click on that. Once you have clicked on request a demo you will then be presented with a pop-up box in which you have to fill out various bits of information before the actual request can be sent. The information you have to enter is as follows – number of employees, timeline to implement VoIP, name, company name, email address, phone number and website, plus you have to fill out a CAPTCHA. It should only take a few minutes to complete really and then they should get back to you with a demo!

The actual demo itself pretty much gives you a clear overview of what you can expect from Vokophone – I would certainly advise requesting one so you can see what the platform is all about. You can’t obviously use all of the features of the full version but you still get a pretty good idea of what you can expect.
